Renaissance Investments provides investors with the confidence of knowing that some of the leading investment managers from around the world are working for them. Each investment manager is selected and subsequently evaluated on an ongoing basis following a strict due diligence process.
Initial Evaluation
Each investment manager is thoroughly evaluated by the Due Diligence Team which consists of a dynamic group of individuals – each with solid experience and credentials in investment analytics and research – who selects and monitors the portfolio managers of underlying investments. Selection of a manager is based on their ability to meet the high standards expected of the organization, investment process, investment philosophy, and performance. These are the four key elements of the due diligence criteria.
Due Diligence Process
Ongoing Evaluation
The due diligence process does not end when an investment manager is selected. The Due Diligence Team continues to monitor the investment manager on both a qualitative and quantitative basis to ensure they continue to meet our high standards. Ongoing monitoring includes:
- Regular meetings with the investment managers
- Regular peer reviews against other managers
- Periodic on-site visits
- Monthly portfolio analysis
